Dr. Nkemamaka Okpala is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. She received her medical degree with honors from the College Of Medicine, Ibadan ,Nigeria and completed her residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey. Dr. Okpala is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association.
Her special interests include all areas of internal medicine: cardiology, hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, geriatric care, et cetera.
As an internist, Dr. Okpala likes the personal nature of what she does and the ability to help patients manage their well-being over time. She enjoys having that positive impact on people’s lives on an ongoing basis.
She resides with her husband, who is a double board certified physician, and four children in Budd Lake, NJ.
Dr Austin Okpala is a double board certified physician, in internal medicine and hospice and palliative care.
He received his medical degree with honors from the University Of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria.
Residency was completed at Mount Sinai School Of Medicine ( St Joseph Medical Center, Patterson Nj).
Dr Okpala is a member of Society Of Hospital Medicine as well as American College Of Physicians.
His special interests include all areas of primary care, acute care and end of life care.
